GRC produces a wide range of high-quality recycled aggregates. Each site produces materials according to the waste it takes, the equipment it uses and demand on the market.

Features and uses:
Recycled aggregates are generally produced by processing concrete and ceramic waste together, but aggregates are also produced to order based on different types of construction waste separately.
Some of the products a recycling plant can produce are the following, classified by their granulometry:
CONCRETE GRAVEL
Granulometry: 20-40 mm
Content of grains > 20 mm: minimum 55%
Density: 1,55 t/m³
Uses: Leveling ground, industrial estates and buildings, filling for pavements, protective layer on inverted roofs
CONCRETE SANDS
Granulometry: 0-10 mm
Content of grains < 10 mm: 100%
Density: 1,80 t/m³
Uses: filling for channels, gardening, etc. This type of product is ideal for use in prefabricated concrete pieces, kerb stones and cobbles, among others
CONCRETE FINES (GRADED AGGREGATE)
Granulometry: 0-20 mm
Content of grains > 2 mm: 100%
Density: 1,65 t/m³
Uses: Granulates for base under roads, car parks and paved surfaces in general. Forestry tracks, farm tracks, soft parking, etc.
CONCRETE GRADED AGGREGATE
Granulometry: 0-40 mm
Content of grains > 2 mm: minimum 55%
Densiyt: 1,28 t/m³
Uses: Granulates for sub-bases and improved subgrade for roads carrying T0-T1, T2-T3 traffic and pavements with T4 traffic. Levelling ground, industrial estates and buildings, filling for roadsides and parking with tarmac or cement surfaces, etc.
CONCRETE COARSE GRAVEL
Granulometry: 40-70 mm
Content of grains > 20 mm: 100%
Density: 1,10 t/m³
Uses: Coarse gravel for draining courses and stabilising ground, draining walls, filling and leveling ground, etc.
FINES (GRADED AGGREGATE) – CERAMIC
Granulometry: 0-20 mm.
Content of grains > 20 mm.: 100%
Density: 1,65 Tn/m³.
Uses: gardening, forestry tracks, farm tracks, soft parking.
