Through this notice, GESTORA DE RUNES DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓ, S.A. (hereinafter GRC), domiciled at Carrer Nàpols, 222-224, baixos (08013) Barcelona, informs users of this website of its PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY.

In accordance with the Spanish data protection act, Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999, GRC informs users that any personal data they might supply through this website will be added to the automated data files under the responsibility of GRC and duly entered in the Catalan Data Protection Register of the Catalan Data Protection Authority.

Furthermore, should they fill in any of the forms with the personal data requested and agree to send them, the user EXPLICITLY AUTHORISES GRC to process the personal data they supply and include them in automated files for which GRC is responsible, as well as any data generated in connection with their participation in and/or use of the different services offered now or in the future on this website.

In the event that the forms include personal data concerning individuals other than the user supplying them, the said user must inform these people of the contents of this notice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all the data fields in each form must be completed, and the user is obliged to fill in the forms with authentic, accurate, complete and up-to-date data. The user will be solely responsible for any damages, either direct or indirect, that might be caused to GRC or any third party as a consequence of filling in the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete data. In this respect, the user guarantees that the personal data supplied are truthful and takes responsibility for informing GRC of any change to them.

The purposes for which the personal data collected through this website are stored are to manage the certificates of reception and management of waste and documents of acceptance and management of waste requested by users, to carry on relations with clients and for the purposes of advertising and selling the company’s products and services, as well as any other purpose felt by GRC to be of interest to users.

The data supplied will never be used for purposes other than the above and will be deleted immediately when they cease to be necessary for these purposes.

In the event that GRC provides any kind of special service for which it determines specific provisions different from these with regard to personal data protection, the application of the individual conditions specific to this service will take precedence over these in the event of any incongruence between them.

All information concerning personal data received by GRC is treated in strictest confidence, fulfilling the duty of professional secrecy at all times and, in accordance with current applicable regulations, only passing them on when this is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.

Furthermore, through this Privacy Policy GRC states that it has implemented the levels of security in relation to personal data stipulated both in the data protection act and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December 2007 approving the Regulation implementing the said data protection act, and has installed all the technical measures and means available to it to prevent any loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access to the personal data held in its files. The user may, on the terms stipulated in the data protection act, exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion and opposition in respect of their personal data stored in GRC’s files, by sending the pertinent written application, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document, to Carrer Nàpols, 222-224, baixos (08013) Barcelona, or by email to gestora@grc.cat.

In accordance with the stipulations of article 6 of the data protection act, agreement by the user to their personal data being processed in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy can always be withdrawn, though not retroactively.

GRC reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy as it sees fit, or as a result of a change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice.

If GRC makes any change to this notice, the new text will be published on this website, where the user can find out about the content of the Privacy Policy in force at any given time. In any case, relations with each user will be governed by the regulations in force at such time as the latter accesses the website.
